Work with a partner. Imagine that you have been using some of the services provided by Thanh tía Post Office (you have learnt about this post office in Reading section). Discuss the things that may make you satisfied (or dissatisfied) with the services there. The ideas below might be useful to you. (Task 1 thao tác làm việc với một chúng ta cùng học. – The opening hours of the post office:

It is too early when closing at 9 p.m. It would be much better if the post office opened until 11 p.m so that customers can have access to the services.

– The unique of the equipment:

Thanh bố Post Office is a well-equipped & reliable address for the postal và telecommunication needs.

– The security conditions of the post office:

The parking area of Thanh bố Post Office is not a good & security place/ Although the parking area is large, it has no security-guards.

– The attitude of the staff:

The staff are always helpful and polite lớn the customers.

Task 2. Like other customers. I find your post office a well-equipped & reliable address for our postal & telecommunication needs. I am impressed by your spacious place for transaction…

I know that making everyone satisfied is hard work & sometimes seems impossible. What you & your staff have done so far for the development of the post office is encouraging & this letter is written in the hope that your post office will be a better place.

1 have been using the services provided by Thanh bố Post Office for years và I am in response khổng lồ your call for customers to lớn express their satisfaction or dissatisfaction towards the post office services. Like many other customers, I find your post office a well equipped và reliable address.

Firstly, I’m impressed by your spacious place for transaction, the seats are clean. Nine telephone boxes are always available so customers bởi not have khổng lồ wait to make their call. More interestingly. I am satisfied with the price of the services. Although the packing area is large, it has no security guards & I sometimes feel insecure when leaving my motorbike there.

Like any other customers. I find your post office a well-equipped và reliable address for our postal và telecommunication needs. I am impressed by your spacious place for transaction. The seats in the lobby are pretty & always clean. The fax machines are always in good working condition & my colleagues in Ho đưa ra Minh đô thị have no complaints about the unique of the documents I send them.

However, there are some minor drawbacks that need mentioning here. Although the parking area is large, it has no security guards and sometimes feel insecure when leaving my motorcycle there. Moreover, it would be much better if the post office opens until 11 p.m so that customers can have more access khổng lồ your services.
